As a certified RYA Yachtmaster with over 30 years of experience, Chris has completed more than 150 yacht deliveries as Skipper, handling both mono and multi-hull vessels, nationally and internationally. With extensive experience both in the engine room and at the helm, sailing everything from dinghies to commercial barges, Chris combines technical precision with steady, capable seamanship, ensuring safe and efficient deliveries while showing the utmost respect for every vessel.
With a strong background in marine engineering, Chris is also equipped to provide on-passage assistance for any engineering issues in both power and sail boats, ensuring your vessel always remains safe and well maintained throughout the delivery.ย
Established as Markham Marine Services, Chris has now expanded to encompass UK Yacht Delivery, which also collaborates with a team of highly skilled skippers and crew, each bringing a wealth of expertise in areas including marine surveying and engineering.
